About Katherine
My name is Kat, and I'm a South African living on the beautiful, rugged coastline of Cornwall. I have spent almost 30 years in the health and wellbeing space, helping people from all backgrounds realise their worth and learn to live their best lives. I believe that our bodies hold the keys to our own liberation, and through consistency and practice, we can all free ourselves from the shackles of stress, anxiety, abuse, addiction, trauma, and the repercussions of life in today's world. I would be honoured to guide anyone from any walk of life through a coaching session. Absolute beginners are welcome too.

I offer unique breathwork and meditation sessions to help you get out of the busyness of your mind and to help you connect with your inner calm and develop healthier habits to live by. Find your alignment through personalised sessions, 60 minutes in length.
Combining meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and coaching, you can join your session online from the comfort of your personal space. Discounts are available for block bookings paid upfront in advance.
The sessions I offer are suitable for anyone, and no experience in any wellness modality is required. They are perfect for busy businessmen and women who are feeling frayed at the edges, overrun, stressed, and anxious or overwhelmed. Ideal for mid-life women who are facing or moving through change of life. Perfect for students who are dealing with imposter syndrome or peer pressure. Basically anyone who would like to implement new and lasting healthy habits.
