If it's your first time, I know it sounds strange to sit quietly with their inner thoughts and feelings. But I promise you, you’ll feel the benefits of meditation by beginning and maintaining a regular practice. Maybe you want to start meditating because you want to be less reactive, feel less stressed, or be more focused. Maybe it's for personal growth or you’re just into improving your relationships with people around you. Whatever the reason, you're training your mind and increasing your awareness. I'm here with different types of meditations and breathwork techniques that will serve for your needs.
