I simply work on a student according to his preferences. I divide my class into few segments that include pranayams, meditation, relaxation techniques which are very beneficial in reducing stress and retrieving peace of mind that we lose in this fast moving life.

I have had the pleasure to know Mansi for the past few years. Along the way i have taken so many classes from her. She has great respect for yoga, for the people that attend classes. Mansi is extremely aware of the mind- body connection. She is one of the most genuine, loving and dedicated yoga instructors I’ve met . It is with great pleasure that i highly recommend Mansi as a yoga instructor.
Sincerely,
Harshita
