About Shreya
I am a Medicine student who achieved A*AA in my A-levels (studying Biology, Chemistry and English Literature). In GCSEs I scored all 9-7, with an 8 in Maths and 9 in English Literature. Having completed my A-levels only a couple of years ago, I understand how challenging it can be for children when they don't understand their subjects but want to do well, and how hard it can be to stay motivated. Together, we can work through this critical period in your studying!
I have been a part-time tutor for the past 5 years, and have experience in preparing children for their 11+ examinations, as well as GCSE exams.
I love helping children and seeing their progress and happiness when they understand their work is why I love to tutor.

About the lesson

Maths and English lessons are available for children studying up until GCSE level.
11+ sessions are for those students in years 4 and 5.
I teach online through Microsoft Teams and will send a link prior to each session. This allows me to share my screen so that we can see the same screen, and has a collaborative whiteboard.
Each session lasts one hour. In each session we will focus on understanding the key concepts such as exam language and technique, then we will work through problems together before getting the student to complete questions independently.
