I have done voluntary tutoring in my second year of collage, tutoring 1 student once a week. His grades improved that year, finishing with a B in AS Level Maths. As a medical student I have much practical experience in human biology specifically.

I would be comfortable to tutor in anything up to A-Level biology. My teaching would involve the use of diagrams and simple explanations using and explaining key words. I would also want to do a mini quiz before and after the lesson to highlight any areas which need further attention and note if there was any improvement after the session.
I would describe myself as an enthusiastic, hardworking and patient person which I would hope to come across when tutoring.
