About Louise
I am a medical student with a neuroscience master's degree and a bachelor's in cognitive science. My father is French and my mother is Mexican-Canadian and I am fluent in all three English, French and Spanish. I have been tutoring for 8 years. I do specific language tutoring classes in English and French, but also help with other types of homework (this includes Math, Physics, Biology, History, and Philosophy). I can help with any subject from primary to high school. Currently in medical school, I have a master's degree in Neuroscience, and a bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and English. I am comfortable helping with any subject, whether sciences (math, physics and biology) or history and English. I will help with techniques and methods in different subjects, but also teach the student how to prioritize and organize their workload to have a clear view of their work and not feel overwhelmed. While doing the homework or prepping for a test, I usually recommend different techniques that I either used myself at that age or that I have learned to use. This allows the student not only to do their homework and learn the material but also acquire methodologies and tactics that they will later be able to use on their own. My goal is to help the student become independent.

Louise took great care to provide individually tailored tutoring depending on what I was struggeling with at the moment.
