About Amaan
I am a UK medical student with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for communication and language learning. Alongside my medical studies, I actively study Spanish, which gives me first-hand insight into the challenges of learning a new language and developing confidence in speaking.
I am a patient, organised, and supportive tutor who takes a professional and structured approach to every lesson. I believe that students learn best in a calm, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. My focus is on helping learners build real-world speaking ability, improve pronunciation, and develop a natural, confident way of expressing themselves in English.
Outside of academics, I enjoy training in the gym and martial arts, maintaining a healthy and disciplined lifestyle, and continuously working on personal development. These interests reflect my commitment to consistency, self-improvement, and hard work — values I also bring into my tutoring.
My goal is not only to help students improve their English, but also to give them the confidence and communication skills they need to succeed in everyday life, education, and work

Approach to Tutoring & Teaching Style
My lessons are highly practical and conversation-focused. From day one, you will be speaking English, not just listening. I believe the fastest way to improve fluency and accent is through guided speaking, real-life scenarios, and immediate feedback.
I actively correct pronunciation, word choice, and sentence structure in a supportive way, and then show you how a native speaker in the UK would naturally say the same sentence. This helps you move away from “textbook English” and towards natural, everyday spoken English.
I also teach clear pronunciation patterns, stress and intonation, and common British expressions so that you sound more confident and natural when speaking.
