About Nicholas
I'm a recent University of Tampa Medical Sciences graduate with a strong background in many scientific subjects. During college, I gained experience working with students as a tutor at an elementary school, as well as an organic chemistry mentor at my university. Those experiences taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and communication while helping others learn and understand.
I enjoy making sciences feel less intimidating and helping students understand topics they struggle to understand or remember. I am comfortable in working with students of all ages and always try to create a relaxed and approachable environment where students feel comfortable and confident.
Whether a student needs help preparing for a test, understanding homework problems, or learning how to build better study habits, my goal is to meet each individual student where they are and help them improve.

My lessons are focused on making difficult concepts simple and easier to understand. I break down topics step by step, go through practice problems and real examples, and adjust my methods for each student's needs. A typical session may include working through homework problems, reviewing previous exams, preparing for exams, reviewing class notes, or targeting weaker areas. I work with middle school, high school, and college students in biology, anatomy, chemistry, and general sciences. My goal is not only to help students remember the right answer but also to understand why it is right, why others are wrong, and to become more confident in their abilities.
