About Milly
I’m a first-year Medical Sciences student at the University of Edinburgh, studying a subject I’ve always dreamed of and worked hard to achieve. From experience, I know that not all school teachers explain things well, and at times, I had to teach myself. That’s why I want to help others by making learning clearer, sharing effective study techniques, and ensuring students feel confident in their subjects.

I tailor my tutoring to each student’s needs, using clear explanations, visual aids, and active recall to reinforce learning. Lessons could typically last 30-60 minutes, focusing on understanding key concepts and applying them to exam-style questions. I achieved A*A*A in A-level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths and have experience tutoring at school, especially before exams. I am able to teach GCSE and A-level students, and my flexible university schedule allows me to fit lessons around their commitments.
