About Thabisile

I have worked as a tutor, a lecturer, a researcher, and a laboratory manager. In all these varying positions of my career, one thing has remained: my passion for teaching Anatomy and Physiology and making it easy for students. Having worked in institutions of Higher Learning all my life, I have experienced firsthand the struggles faced by students who have Anatomy and Physiology as their modules. This made me more passionate about lending a helping hand, since I have taught these subjects for 15 years.

I am fluent in English, Zulu, and Xhosa. The language barrier has hindered many students' understanding of Anatomy, since it is in Latin. I assist students in breaking down the subject in ways that they can understand, even in their own language. With this information in mind, my lessons are designed differently for each individual, taking into account the language barrier. My approach is to break everything down to a point where it's impossible to misunderstand. My lessons are aimed at all health sciences students, understanding that the depth at which Anatomy and Physiology has to be taught is different for each discipline.
