About Ogi
From a very young age I understood the need to exercise, learn to defend yourself and stay healthy. I fell in love with medicine and being close to patients. I taught taekwondo to children and adults, gave lectures on lifestyle changes and tutored basic and advanced life support courses. All these opportunities helped me so that today I can teach in a more didactic, safe and scientific way.
