About Lynda
I began my medical career over 20 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant while studying to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. I worked as a nurse for several years before transitioning to administrative work. I went back to school and received my Certification as a Medical Coder. I realized I had valuable knowledge to share with the next generation. I have taught from several different curricula, textbooks and lesson plans and I am very adaptable to them all. I work with students who are motivated to learn and believe they can succeed in the medical field. I am tutoring potential students and advising coders. Preparing students to pass the certificate exams and seeing them accomplish that goal is very exciting. Working in the medical field is even more exciting.

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Professional Coder. I began my medical career in 1971 as a nurse but soon preferred administrative work over bedside nursing. I began working but chose to share my knowledge with the next generation instead. I have taught from several different curricula, textbooks and lesson plans and I am very adaptable to them all. I enjoy working with students eager to learn about the medical field, whether in a classroom, online, or through one-on-one tutoring. Preparing students to pass the certificate exams and seeing them accomplish that goal is very exciting. Working in the medical field is even more exciting.
