About Rolf
I have always loved to learn and to help students achieve their goals. For more than 20 years, I taught immunology, microbiology, molecular and cellular biology, and biochemistry to medical and graduate students as a professor and research scientist in a medical school. My graduate students have honored me with an award for Teaching Excellence, and my colleagues have selected me for induction into the Academy of Master Teachers at my university. I was also given the title of Distinguished Teaching Professor. While working as a professor and scientist, I have also tutored high school students in Math and Science and advised students on science fair projects. I am enthusiastic about working with students at all levels.

I will adapt my teaching method and techniques to your needs. For example, I will produce lecture slides with more graphical content for visual learners or more text for those who prefer reading. I have extensive experience teaching cellular/molecular biology, biochemistry, and immunology for graduate and medical students, and Anatomy & Physiology for college students.
