About Divya
I’ve consistently used mathematics and physics throughout my studies, from secondary school to my undergraduate degree at a university ranked 8th in the world and now my Master’s at a university ranked 2nd globally. Having gone through the same exam pressures myself, I understand what students need to feel confident and prepared. I teach with the perspective of someone who has been in your shoes, and I’ll help you build simple, effective study methods for maths and physics that truly work. My aim is to make the subjects clearer, more manageable, and far less stressful.

My Teaching Approach: I focus on building strong fundamentals and then reinforcing them through guided question walkthroughs and independent practice. I encourage students to attempt problems themselves, but I’m flexible if a student prefers to come with specific questions, I adapt the lesson to that style. Lesson Length: Lessons typically run for 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs. Tutoring Experience: I have experience tutoring GCSE Maths and Science in Singapore and spent a year as a military trainer, which strengthened my communication, structure, and teaching skills. Who My Lessons Are For: I teach GCSE-level students (ages 12–16) and A-Level students (17-18) who want to improve understanding, problem-solving ability, and exam confidence.
