About Prithvi Raman
My name is Prithvi Raman Subbaraya Prabu. I am currently studying at McMaster for Engineering Physics and Management. I have aspirations in working in space systems. Two years ago I worked at another tutor agency and taught my students Python, HTML, and CSS.
This year (2023) I worked at an elementary school tutoring kids that needed extra help. I enjoy teaching because it is meaningful. A lot of subjects get a bad reputation for being hard and annoying, but that is only because they are taught poorly.
I am here to change that! I want to show the next generation that subjects like math and science are not as hard as you think, and they are lots of fun.
I was once in your shoes a few years ago when I was being tutored. So I understand exactly what you want from this experience. I am still a student and very understanding towards everyone that I tutor. My job is not to scare you. It is to help you learn in a positive and growth seeking environment.

I don't believe in memorizing knowledge! My teaching style is about going to the root of the topic and understanding it properly. This way students are able to truly understand and remember these vital concepts throughout their school career.
- I assign fun assignments that spark learning and are enjoyable
- I create monthly agendas that I send to parents and students ahead of time. So that they always know what we will be learning
- I make sure that the learning time is fun, engaging, and a place to grow
- Each lesson has a guiding slideshow that is always shared with students for future reference
- My lessons are online
I have tutored before and worked at elementary schools helping kids learn.
I teach any grade between grade 3 and 10 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)
