About Ivy
Hello, my name is Ivy. I'm a native Mandarin speaker and now I'm living in Calgary after I gained my master's degree in Canada. I have work experience in the Chinese Academy in Calgary, where I taught students with no or little Chinese skills. I can speak English to help you learn and I'm also willing to share Chinese culture and history with you!

In general, we use (中文听说读写）Level 1 as an entry class. I also can help you with HSK Test preparation.
Daily material such as news, TV shows and movies that you are interested in will be discussed in the class.
I can teach you formal Chinese characters, grammar and writing. If you just want to practice oral communication or know more about Chinese culture and history it is also great.
