About RUBY
My name is Ruby, and I am someone who believes deeply in the power of education to change lives. Growing up, I was fortunate to have teachers who not only taught me lessons from textbooks but also inspired me to be curious, confident, and kind. Their influence sparked my own desire to become a teacher. Teaching, to me, is more than a job—it’s a calling. I want to create a classroom where students feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. I believe every student has potential, and I want to help them discover it. I’m especially passionate about making learning meaningful, connecting lessons to real-life situations, and encouraging students to think critically and creatively. I want to teach because I care about people, and I want to make a positive impact. If I can help even one student feel seen, supported, and motivated, then I will know I’ve made a difference.
