About Steven
I am an MBA qualified programme manager with both APM and Prince 2 qualifications. I specialise in business strategy and operational improvement but can coach project and programme management. I have over 30 years experience within industry both in the UK and abroad. I have developed project procedures and implemented transformational change programmes in several countries including Russia and the USA.

My method would be to coach rather than teach. I work closely with you to establish the problem and work closely with you to develop answers together I would then demonstrate how this would work before allowing you to work and find issues which I will help you resolve. I believe people will learn faster through gaining experience and that is what I would develop, an area of safety where mistakes can be made but vital experience gained.
