My Approach & Methodology
I position myself as an empathetic peer mentor rather than a traditional medical professional. My methodology relies entirely on active, objective listening paired with structured conversation. I provide a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can speak freely, process your thoughts out loud, and receive clear, mature feedback. Together, we look at the facts of your situation, break down the noise, and map out practical, logical next steps for your personal growth.
A Typical 60-Minute Session Plan
We begin with a comfortable 10-minute check-in where you can unpack whatever is currently on your mind without any pressure. Next, we spend 20 minutes diving deep into a specific challenge you are facing, focusing on the root details of the situation. The core 20 minutes are dedicated to an interactive brainstorm, where we look at your options from a mature perspective and weigh the pros and cons. We close the final 10 minutes by summarizing our conversation and establishing one clear, realistic goal for you to focus on moving forward.
