About Matt
I have enjoyed a diverse career, spanning over twenty years, working with beginner to high level athletes, of all ages and abilities. I was a teacher in schools so have experience with children and families too.
I have competed in Football, Tennis, Muay Thai and Boxing.
Previous teaching roles include Fulham Football Club. Anatomy and Physiology tutor, Boxing coach, Muay Thai Boxing trainer.
My favourite ways to train include Calisthenics Muay Thai and Boxing. I love training outside enjoy snowboarding, playing guitar and french bull dogs.

About the lesson

The lesson is about you, it is about your goals which we can identify together. You may want to lose some body fat, add more muscle size or definition, or you may want to learn a handstand, human flag, front flip, cartwheel.
We can use Muay-Thai pad-work and Boxing if that is something you would like to try, excellent for cardio training and coordination, plus you are learning a martial art skill, great for self defence. Muay Thai is the best for that. Do you need help with your posture or mobility perhaps? We spend time each session working on our flexibility and mobility.
My lessons aim to be safe, fun, challenging, with structure and playful elements, where development becomes natural and automatic.
A trainer can be like a workout partner, but with a proven record of results. In the last two years, I have been working on my own Calisthenics skills like Handstands, which I would like to share if you like learning skills.
