About Juliet
I am currently going into my second year of studying Mathematics and Economics in Trinity College Dublin, after passing first year with a 1st Class Honors. I have always enjoyed tutoring and helping others build confidence in subjects they find challenging.
As a recent Leaving Cert graduate, I understand first-hand the pressure, stress, and frustration that often comes with secondary school math. I know what it feels like to struggle, because I went from achieving a H6 in my mocks to earning a H1 in the Leaving Cert before progressing to study math at college level.
That experience allows me to connect with students who may lack confidence or feel overwhelmed. I strongly believe that success in Leaving Cert math is not just about intelligence or natural ability. A huge part of it comes from understanding exam patterns, learning how questions are structured, and developing techniques that allow students to approach problems with confidence.

My goal is not only to improve grades, but to completely change the way students approach math. Through focused guidance, past paper work, and practical exam techniques, I help students recognize patterns, build confidence, and develop methods that actually work under Leaving Cert exam conditions.
Whether you dislike math and are simply aiming for those extra 25 points, or math is already your favorite subject, my classes are designed to help. The focus is not on relearning the entire course, but on understanding how to tackle Leaving Cert exam questions strategically and effectively.
I offer mostly online grinds, typically one hour long, for both Higher Level and Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate Math. However, if the student would prefer I can travel if they are within a reasonable distance. I also offer a free diagnostic chat beforehand to discuss where you are currently, identify weaknesses, and set clear goals for what you want to achieve.
I believe math becomes far less intimidating when it is explained clearly and approached strategically, and I aim to create a positive and supportive environment where students can genuinely improve and realize their potential.
