About Matthew
Some people say they "just don't get maths" - but I don't know why people tell us it should be so binary. In reality you can build it up like any other subject or skill, and it's important to recognise those steps of progress. That's a lot of what my work in engineering is all about! I have lived in Warwick for six years and you may spot me on the tennis court or enjoying some classic ales, I also love watching football or throwing a frisbee.

I'm an Engineer who has studied a lot of maths - I did additional maths at GCSE and further maths at A-level, as well as a number of maths modules during my degree. My degree has gone into great detail on mechanics, and I did all five mechanics and four further pure modules at A-level. I know that different people learn in different ways. I always liked to understand the principles behind a method, but am happy to teach any approach to the learning. I offer lessons in person lessons of one to two hours for people studying up to an A-level standard, of any age. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions!
