About Charlotte
I am a university student teaching GCSE and A level standard.
As a tutor I aim to:
- Build confidence and improve my students mathematical thinking
- Simplify complex ideas into manageable steps
- Provide engaging and practical lessons
My goal is to make learning approachable, enjoyable and rewarding for every student I work with.
I achieved AAA in Computer Science, Business studies and Mathematics at A level, and am currently studying BSc Business and Management at the University of Exeter

I customise my lessons to my student's strengths and weaknesses.
Lessons are hands-on breaking down topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry and statistics into simple easy to follow steps.
Lessons include:
Guiding students through how to solve exam style questions
teaching efficient methods for calculations
Core topic coverage with interactive tasks
A short quiz to consolidate learning
Standard lessons are 1 hour these are best for focusing on a single topic in depth
Extended lessons are 1.5 to 2 hours which are best for intensive content learning or revision close to the exam date.
These lessons are adapted for beginners, students struggling with the subject, and high achievers aiming for top grades
