About Sanjana
Hi, I’m Sanjana! I am a 16-year-old student currently studying my Biology, Chemistry and maths A-Levels, having recently achieved high grades in my GCSEs. Because I sat my own exams so recently, I know exactly what it feels like to struggle with a tricky topic and feel overwhelmed by after-school homework. I bridge the gap between a strict teacher and an encouraging peer. I am patient, organised, and enthusiastic about making maths approachable. My goal is to create a relaxed, judgement-free space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and ultimately watching their school grades improve!

My lessons are designed to take the stress out of schoolwork while actively building your child’s skills. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so each session is split into three highly effective parts:
1. Tackling Weak Spots: We start by identifying and breaking down the specific topics your child finds confusing in school (e.g., fractions, algebra, ratios) using simple, bite-sized explanations.
2. Active Practice: Once the concept makes sense, we solidify it by working through tailored practice questions together, starting easy and building up to exam-style problems.
3. Homework Support: We use the final part of the lesson to go through their weekly school homework. Not just giving them the answers but guiding them through the steps so they can finish it accurately and confidently.
This structured approach ensures your child gets their weekly homework completed without tears, while simultaneously patching up any gaps in their maths knowledge.
