About Tanush
I'm a graduate from the University of Bristol, achieving a 2:1 in Mathematics as well as A*'s in Mathematics A Level and GCSE. Also achieved an A in the FSMQ (Free-Standing Maths Qualification) exam.
I take great pride in ensuring whoever I teach feels confident.
I'm a huge fan of the saying "no question is a silly question". I'm friendly and easy-going, meaning during lessons you can ask me anything!

Have plenty of experience adapting teaching styles to different audiences.
Structure of lessons:
Introductory lesson
Here the aim is to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the student. I will do this by asking what topics the students have covered at school. If possible, I will ask to see any assignments or papers they have completed at school to aid my understanding of which topics to emphasise in the subsequent lessons.
Additionally, I will ask the student to complete a test which covers numerous topics within the curriculum.
Standard lesson
*Lessons will typically begin by reviewing homework set by myself, along with addressing any concerns the student may have from either the homework or topic covered at school
*Lessons will cover a particular topic from the curriculum. These lessons are also very interactive as I will regularly ask questions to quiz the student on the topics covered. This will be coupled with mini assignments to test their understanding.
*At the end of each lesson, I will give a homework sheet to work through to further consolidate knowledge, which will then be marked before the subsequent lesson.
*After each lesson, notes and model solutions will be sent to the student/parent.
Every week, I will write a summary of the students performance to send to the parent.
