About Carwyn
I am a very hardworking individual, alongside my studies of law in university I worked in education for 4 years. I am very social and always like to chat alongside working. After leaving university the school in which I was a teaching assistant offered me a full-time role as a mathematics teacher where I teach all of the topics where you would like to improve on a daily basis! My approach to teaching is full of energy with questioning leading most of my work to dig to find the gaps in any pupils' knowledge in order to develop that skill. I am skilled in listening to each individual's wishes as part of my 1:1 roles, I often plan 2-3 different directions sessions could go based on what the pupil is telling me.

Student-led tutoring, where I focus on where the students want to improve with input from parents. Energetic approach with high expectations of all learners tailored to them personally and individually. Sessions for all secondary ages prepared with the same level of preparation as my day-to-day lesson planning in school. I am currently working as a full-time mathematics teacher, and have tutored previously. Alongside this, I worked 1:1 with pupils for 4 years in a classroom environment as a Teaching Assistant.
