I have had the privilege of learning from Rukshar Ma'am and I can confidently say that she is an excellent teacher. She breaks down the topics in concise and understandable form. She teaches in a way that transforms the words from a book into a story. What stands out most is the clarity with which she explains even the most difficult concepts. She has a way of breaking things down into simple steps, making lessons easy to follow and remember. No question ever feels too small or unimportant to ask, because she is always patient and approachable. The most important quality about her teaching style is that she always makes sure the student has completely understood the subject matter. She verifies this by ways of taking small tests and quizzes all throughout the lesson and after a chapter has been completed. Through this process it helps to notice the parts of the chapter that are not clear, and by going over them again and again through the lesson, there isn't a topic left that is unfamiliar or unclear by the end. What makes her even more special is that she cares about her students beyond just academics. She believe in us, push us to do our best, and celebrate our progress. It is this combination of knowledge, kindness, and dedication that makes her such a great teacher. I feel fortunate to have been her student and I know her lessons will stay with me for a long time.
