About Frances
I truly believe it is possible for anyone to succeed in their SQA maths exams! Having just completed an MSc in Economics and previously a BSc in Mathematics and Philosophy, I know first hand that sometimes some particular courses/subjects just don't click straight away and instead require hard work to get your grades to where you want them to be. However, with the right attitude and help when you need it, it's possible to turn your grade around, and I'm here to help you do just that! Having achieved marks consistently above 95% in maths exams/tests throughout school, I have a thorough understanding of what is required to both pass and score highly in SQA maths exams. I am also well experienced in explaining technical concepts to young adults while providing friendly, positive lessons.

I have a relaxed and positive teaching style, focusing on understanding how to solve problems and recognising when the same problem style comes up in other questions. Lessons are for students studying National 5, Higher or Advanced Higher maths.
