About Yuliia
Hello everyone:)
I am a Cambridge maths graduate with a great passion for teaching. Personally, I see teaching as helping struggled but curios students by providing them with needed assistance on a learning path.
I am preparing young adults not only for important school exams like Alevel, IB, STEP and MAT, but also capable of qualifying for university exams. I helped different students from Russel group universities to succeed in exams in Analysis, Group Theory, Number Theory, Basic Topology and Linear Algebra. On top of that I am preparing students for maths olympiads such as UKMT, BMO, EPQ etc.
My students achieved A* in Maths and Further Maths Alevel as well as ranking top at different kind of olympiads. On top of that I am leading a group of Ukrainian children to a great performance at the International Geometry Olympiads)

I offer tailored maths tuition for students at all levels, from KS3 to A-level and Further Maths, as well as preparation for MAT, STEP, Oxbridge interviews, and mathematical olympiads.
My approach focuses on understanding, not just memorising algorithms. I challenge students with problems, give them time to think, and help them learn from their mistakes. Each lesson is followed by homework, and I provide detailed feedback on the presentation of solutions.
For KS3 students, I create custom worksheets per topic to reinforce learning. You can see examples of my worksheets here:
