About Sharon
Full-time maths tutor with experience teaching primary and secondary school students. So far I have taught over 70 students of varied abilities, some of whom are from top local and international schools / are on advanced tracks / have obtained excellent results from maths competitions.
I was educated at a reputable school in Hong Kong until I received a scholarship to pursue my studies in the UK, having taken my GCE Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, and Physics there. A BSc Maths and MSc Finance student graduating with Distinction, and who is looking to gain a further qualification in PGCE Secondary Maths.

From time to time, I have been noted by my students as a friendly and approachable teacher. I particularly wish to inspire my students to learn to appreciate maths as a subject, especially since there is a growing emphasis on STEM in today's education system. I am patient and can break down and explain maths concepts step by step. Currently I am available to provide maths tuition online.
