About Eeshal
I’m a passionate Maths, Physics, and Chemistry A-Level student who genuinely enjoys helping students understand challenging topics and build confidence. I’ve always had a natural knack for Maths and a deep passion for Physics, which I hope to continue studying at university. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and soon A-Levels, I understand how demanding these subjects can feel and what students truly need to succeed. I’ve studied across state, grammar, and private school settings, which has given me a unique understanding of how different systems work and what each one expects from students. This allows me to adapt my teaching to suit every student’s school environment, identify gaps quickly, and provide the right support for their specific situation. I aim to bridge the gaps between these systems and help students feel confident, capable, and supported. My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. I focus on building strong foundations, developing clear problem-solving methods, and helping students think independently. I truly believe anyone can excel at Maths and Science with the right resources, guidance, and encouragement, and I’m confident in my ability to provide that for every student I teach. I’m always approachable and happy to support students outside of lessons through questions, extra guidance, and tailored resources. I’m committed not just to helping students achieve strong grades, but also to helping them grow in confidence, understanding, and belief in their own abilities.

MATHS: Each maths lesson begins with a structured starter or short surprise quiz to check prior knowledge and independent work, forming around the first quarter of the session. We carefully review answers to highlight strengths and address misconceptions. I then introduce a new concept and model step-by-step methods, constantly questioning the student to encourage active thinking. Students complete guided and independent practice during the lesson, explain their reasoning aloud, and finish with targeted homework. This consistent cycle of practice, feedback, and retrieval builds confidence and leads to strong, steady grade improvement. CHEMISTRY: Each chemistry lesson begins with a clear explanation of the key concept, broken down in a simple and logical way to ensure full understanding. We then work through several guided examples together before moving into independent practice. Students are encouraged to explain their thinking as they work, allowing me to correct misconceptions instantly. The lesson ends with targeted homework to reinforce learning and build long-term confidence through consistent practice. PHYSICS: Each physics lesson begins with retrieval questions to link prior topics and test essential foundational knowledge. A new concept is then introduced, followed by carefully chosen questions where the student attempts solutions first to show their thinking. I guide them through how a physicist approaches problems, developing the correct problem-solving mindset. The lesson finishes with multiple-choice practice and periodic tests to confirm understanding and track real progress over time.
