About Bethan
I am a second year Engineering Maths student at the University of Bristol.
I have completed an teaching internship in the maths department of Ashton Park secondary school. This involved helping students 1-on-1 with classroom activities. This also involved training in teaching and planning lessons.
A levels: Mathematics (A*), Further Mathematics (A*), Physics (A*), Religious Studies (B)
Alongside my studies, I really enjoy being in the countryside and playing ultimate frisbee!

Lessons will be centred around the child's needs, looking at specific topics that they struggle with. This may be a homework or exam question, or a more general topic. Explaining this would look like tackling example questions together, and then I would provide more questions for the tutee to work on independently in order to check their understanding.
Lessons will be between 1 and 2 hours.
