About Max
One of my first year lecturers liked to use the phrase 'maths is not a spectator sport', meaning that the only way to get better is to practise. This is true at every level and once you understand the concepts, it's just working through a method. Additionally, I have tutored friends and family at GCSE and A level in the past, meaning I have experience and patience explaining mathematical concepts. Not only do I understand the maths tested in exams, but also how the format of the exams is used to deliver the questions. Exam technique is vital information that I can also assist with.

In the lesson I'll explain my approach to that area. Then we'll work through some questions. These can either be questions you bring from class or elsewhere, or they can be questions that I think will help with that topic.
I offer online lessons to students at GCSE and A level and they will typically be 1 hour, but can be flexible to your liking.
