About Kristian
- I graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BSc in Maths and Computer Science and MSc in Data Science - I am currently working as a Junior Data Scientist - I have always been the guy who had to explain maths to his mates before the exam in high school and I realised I like doing that - I was a high school maths teacher for a semester abroad and gained valuable experience - My final year project at the uni was to develop a Traditional Cryptanalysis Learning Tool and I learned about what makes a learning experience effective (see the youtube video)

Everyone has a different way of thinking and hence everyone learns in a different way. When I tutor I find the way that works the best for you and convey the information accordingly. I believe learning can be fun and effective at the same time. I like being creative with my teaching and approach a problem from different angles. Questions are always welcome and stupid questions are allowed with me - we all make mistakes and that is okay. The worst that can happen is we have a good laugh at it and move on ;)

Perfect! Kristian has worked with my son for a good few months to help lift his maths higher grade, he was in the low 30% for his prelim, recently he done a prelim pass paper and had jumped to the high 50%, a great improvement, my son felt relaxed and could easily communicate with Kristian about where he needed help, things where explained in an easy manner and this helped him undersgand. Thanks for your help

Kriszti was a real help to my son, Joe. He picked a few areas to cover each week and Kriszti went through them in detail. Other weeks they went through past papers together. He gave Joe a lot more confidence going into his Nat 5 maths.
Me and Kristian were studying together at university while graduating with a computer science degree. He was able to help me out with mathematical related problems as he has more in-depth knowledge and experience in mathematics. He always answered my questions willingly and to his best knowledge. His explanations were logical,straightforward and easy to follow. I would happily recommend him as a teacher for students with any kind of mathemical knowledge because he can explain problems on different levels easily.
I have known Kristian for four years now and he has been helping me with my maths throughout my engineering bachelors. He is not only a wonderful friend but also a patient and methodical tutor. His enthusiasm for maths (and in general) is contagious. I believe he would go to great lengths to help his students.
Kristian is a very knowledgable tutor with a big dose of patience. He is passionate about mathematics therefore his ways of explaning the subject are thorough and creative. He can easily identify what might cause difficulties for his students to grasp and understand the material. He is consistent and can re-explain the task in multiple ways until the student gets it.
I have known Kristian for four years. We studied together mathematics as part of our undergraduate studies and we have collaborated on numerous projects. He has always been very attentive, rigorous and reliable. He has great communication skills and is always ready and willing to help. I have first-hand experience with his tutoring skills as he has helped me catch up with material from different classes a couple of times when I had to miss lectures. He is always patient and willing to get creative with different approaches to explaining things if the traditional way is not clear enough.
