Qualifications: A*/A grades at A Level in Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Biology achieved in 2018.
Teaching experience:
-Tutor several GCSE Maths students at various levels from 9-1 specification.
-Provide private summer lessons to help students catch up, consolidate and get a head start, transitioning into their new school year.
-Mentored several KS3, GCSE and A Level Chemistry students during my A Level studies.
-Frequently work with children as a gymnastics coach.

-Encourage and build students' confidence.
-Consolidate key concepts required before tackling exam-style questions.
-Enable students to recognise and apply concepts in unfamiliar contexts.
-Continuous checking of students' understanding and adapting lesson accordingly.
-Work through questions together, providing model answers, then continuing with fewer and fewer prompts until the student is confident to independently reach an answer.
-Teach students consistency in how to show working for answers - helps to reduce mistakes and makes it easier for examiners to award marks.
-Provide and mark homework tailored to each student’s goals.
