About Stephan
Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Stephan, currently 30 years old. I was born in Munich and currently live in Munich-Sendling. From the 10th grade onwards I noticed that I enjoy explaining the (mainly scientific) subject matter to others. Since I wasn't that talented in art, I was happy to help my classmates for a bit of artistic support. From the 11th grade onwards I helped other students semi-professionally, so that I earned my first money with tutoring. This has now settled down to a good degree during my studies and during my normal job. I have most of my experience in teaching high school and secondary vocational schools. Since I have no teacher training, there are no pre-prepared lessons. I believe that you can only learn and save the material through regular practice. Therefore, I design my units in principle very application-oriented and with arithmetic tasks that I have the students pre-calculate. There is no right / wrong thinking for me, I would rather show my students how to reach their goal easily and efficiently. If necessary, I then do the calculations myself, point out the points that are decisive for me and show how I would approach the respective task and how it can be solved. I am happy to show you several possible solutions, and the student decides on the preferred option.
