About Daan
since 2019 I have been tutoring, mainly in mathematics but also occasionally in economics or physics. I study applied mathematics in Eindhoven. I enjoy tutoring and it is always satisfying to hear that students achieve better results after some tutoring lessons.

In my experience it works best to practice a lot together, usually in one hour of class I cover about two paragraphs of which I then make all the important exercises together with the student. I also like to give some extra explanation if a student has more difficulty with a certain topic.

Daan is een sociaal intelligent en intellectueel mens. Hij eigent zich snel nieuwe stof toe maar kan zich goed inleven en begrijpt dat iedereens leerproces anders werkt. Daan neemt de tijd om uit te leggen op verschillende manieren en kan geduldig zoeken naar een gedeelde taal waarmee je elkaar kunt begrijpen. Ik zou hem aanraden als leraar en heb het volste vertrouwen dat hij de tijd neemt en de energie stopt in ieder individueel om diegene zo goed mogelijk te helpen en tot diens hoogste potentieel te brengen. Daan’s enthousiasme over vakgebieden waar hij gepassioneerd over is werkt aanstekelijk en helpt te motiveren.
Daan is een slimme, sympathieke jonge man, die met humor en geduld uitlegt. Een aanrader!
Daan is een intelligente, sociale en verantwoordelijke student, die soms goed weet te relativeren met een gezonde dosis humor, maar ook zeker met geduld en doorzettingsvermogen kennis weet over te dragen!
Onwijs slimme jongen! Ontzettend veel geduld! En af en toe ook nog een leuk grapje tussendoor. Ik had me geen betere leraar kunnen bedenken!
