About Anita
My interest in mathematics began with a strong fascination for numbers and patterns. This led me to pursue a PhD in Mathematics, where I developed deep knowledge in problem solving and analytical thinking. Over the past 11 years, I have worked with students from different levels, helping them understand mathematics in a simple and structured way. My experience has helped me guide students with patience and clarity.
I believe that mathematics should be taught in a clear and approachable way. My teaching style focuses on breaking down complex ideas into smaller parts and using examples to explain concepts effectively. I encourage students to ask questions and practise regularly, which helps them build confidence and independence. I also provide continuous support and feedback to ensure steady progress.
Outside teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical problems and exploring new learning methods. This helps me keep my lessons engaging and effective. Teaching mathematics is rewarding because I see students grow from confusion to confidence. Helping them develop strong thinking skills and a positive attitude towards learning is something I truly value.

Mathematics becomes easier when students understand the reasoning behind each concept instead of memorising formulae. In my lessons, I focus on building strong fundamentals in topics such as algebra, geometry, and calculus using simple and clear explanations. I guide students step by step so they can follow each idea comfortably and build confidence over time. I use structured methods and practical examples to make learning more understandable. Each session is designed to be calm and supportive, allowing students to ask questions and learn without pressure.
As students improve, lessons become more focused on solving complex problems and improving accuracy. Beginners start with basic operations and simple concepts. Intermediate learners work on multi-step problems and logical reasoning. Advanced learners focus on higher-level problem solving, speed, and exam preparation. I provide regular practice, feedback, and revision to ensure steady improvement. This approach helps students develop strong problem-solving skills and confidence.
Mathematics also helps students develop critical thinking, patience, and analytical ability. As they progress, they begin to approach problems with clarity and confidence. They learn to break down complex questions into smaller steps and think independently. My goal is to make mathematics feel simple and approachable while helping students build skills that support long-term academic success.
