About Yasi
Hello! My name is Yasaman, and I hold a Master's degree in Mathematics from Simon Fraser University. I have several years of experience teaching and tutoring mathematics at both the university and high school levels.
I am passionate about helping students improve their understanding of mathematics, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals. I believe every student can succeed with the right support, and I tailor my teaching approach to each individual's learning style and needs.
I provide clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and a supportive learning environment where questions are always welcome. My goal is not only to help you improve your grades but also to develop problem-solving skills and confidence that will benefit you long after our lessons.

I adapt my teaching to each student's pace and learning style. I try to see problems from the student's perspective so that I can explain concepts in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
I am patient, supportive, and committed to creating a positive learning environment. I understand that many students feel intimidated by mathematics or lack confidence in their abilities. My lessons provide a safe space where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without judgment.
My goal is not only to help students solve problems but also to build their confidence and develop a deeper understanding of mathematics. I can teach mathematics from the fundamentals through the second year of university-level courses.
