About Thomas
I am a maths teacher from Worcestershire with 4 years' experience of GCSE and A Level teaching. In that time I have really grown to love the "aha" moment when somebody sees a new connection in maths or is able to tackle a problem they initially struggled on. I really enjoy seeing how other mathematicians develop new ways to present problems with new representations or methods which can be used and seeing what works with my students.

Lessons would run for 60 minutes and be aimed at students studying for GCSEs. Based on the needs and specification of the student, sessions would be based on GCSE higher or foundation. We would work through topics which you are struggling with and see if we can take a different approach to what you may have used before. There would also be focus on exam practice in both problem-solving techniques and working through past paper questions.
