About Shivani
As I particularly enjoy studying Mathematics and I am curious to learn more about its application in real life, I decided to study Mathematics further at University, for which I received a First Class with Honours. Having completed my GCSEs and A-levels not so long ago, I am aware of the current curriculum and I am able to advise students and teach them methods that will improve the manner in which they tackle exam questions. In the time I have been tutoring, I have helped many students with their GCSEs, A-levels and Key Stage 2 examinations achieve top grades (A/A*'s). References are available upon request.

I cater to the individual needs of each tutee and I approach each task with enthusiasm to motivate them and improve their confidence, by making the learning session both constructive and interactive. I push students to reach their full potential by testing them with thought-provoking activities and working on the areas that they are struggling with.
I have assisted several students in preparation for their A levels, KS2 SATS and GCSE examinations in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, History, Geography and Science, improving their exam strategy, which is a vital skill for future examinations. My tutees have all gone on to achieve A/A* grades and their feedback has told me that they feel more confident in pursuing more difficult but rewarding subjects at a higher level, which not only improves their career prospects but also allows them to challenge themselves.
