About Kayleen
I am a graduate student currently working to get a masters in teaching in order to become a full-time teacher. I come from a family of teachers and a family of nearly seven younger siblings who I spent much of my time teaching. This experience makes it easier for me to understand various learning styles and the needs of each individual student.
I enjoy puzzles, games, and learning in many various ways. I have chosen this profession specifically because I enjoy seeing others succeed and helping others to accomplish things that they otherwise would not be able to do.

I believe that tutoring should meet students at where they are at and challenge them to achieve greatness through careful practice and learning techniques to help them teach themselves in the future. Making sure that my students leave with knowledge that helps them even after their sessions end is incredibly important to me.
I believe that every student should succeed, and that the logical skills that you learn when you are processing mathematics allows students to learn and improve in more than just academic ways of life. Mathematics structure and style can be applied to many other subjects in school as well as in life and it is essential to understanding the way to learn any lesson in the future.
