About Asa
Hi! My name is Asa, I'm a passionate and experienced tutor specializing in mathematics and sciences, ready to help students unlock their potential and achieve academic success. I achieved a first class degree from the university of Durham and I am currently studying for a masters in Statistics and Machine Learning.
Beyond my university education, I've engaged in cutting-edge research at prestigious institutions like the London Institute of Mathematical Sciences and the Institute for Quantum Computing in Canada. These experiences have not only honed my technical skills but have also kept me at the forefront of mathematical innovation and teaching methods.
I've been tutoring students in various capacities for the past four years, ranging from 11+ to A-level Further Mathematics. My approach to tutoring is personalized, focusing on understanding each student’s unique challenges and learning styles. I aim to make learning both enjoyable and effective, using insights from my research and academic experiences.
