I am a 23-year old woman living and working in Montreal. I have a degree in mathematics and truly believe that everyone can find maths fun and satisfying! I am enthusiastic and patient, and able to adjust to different learning styles.

My teaching style is very collaborative with my student! Together we will discuss what they need/want the most help with, and create a custom lesson plan.
So many mathematical concepts build on other concepts, so it is really important to have the basics down and then build up! With each concept, we will strip it down to it's simplest components and once those are mastered, we will keep adding layers, doing practice problems the whole time.
Tackling practice problems together is the main technique I will use for teaching. Seeing mathematical concepts in action is the most effective and engaging way to understand them as well as remember them and apply them in the future.
