About William
I've been tutoring since high school, off and on. I generally provide instruction for students of high school or college age, but am happy to help with more basic mathematics.
As a university instructor, I taught classes of 35 students, and I have excellent student evaluations. My students regularly improve their grades significantly with my help; but more importantly, they develop the mathematics skills to be successful later in their vocational and professional endeavors.

Bachelor's degree in mathematics and philosophy, with some graduate-level coursework. Proficient in teaching algebra, trigonometry, precalculus, and calculus. Coursework included: calculus, vector calculus, ODEs, PDEs, linear algebra, abstract algebra, analysis, and topology.
PhD candidate in philosophy, with formal logic emphasis. Proficient in propositional logic and predicate logic, as well as modal logical.
