About Sabawoon
I graduated from Queen Mary university of London with a BSc Mathematics (Heavily focused on Algebra and Statistics). I am a Qualified Maths teacher with over 5 years of experience working in London schools. I’ve worked with students from different backgrounds and different abilities, supporting their needs accordingly.
Great teachers don’t just teach you; they change you. My Maths teacher had a profound impact on my studies. Through him, I grew to understand the power and possibility of the profession. ‘teaching’ for me, is a limitless ground on Which students cultivate skills that allows them to build a future. The role of a teacher would enable me to support children in reaching their potential during an integral phase in their development. Being a trainee teacher in a secondary school, coupled with the tutoring of students has clearly demonstrated to me how important the role of a teacher is. My own experiences have shown me how expanding one’s knowledge can stimulate contentment and thus has transformed teaching from being a career to a vocation that I am determined to pursue.

My teaching style is calm and informal. Although class discipline is always maintained I strive to make learning a fun process.
Teaching to the test is not my approach. I focus on students gaining a sound understanding of the subject.
I work on the basis that student difficulties usually arise from an insufficiently rich understanding of 'easy' topics. By investing time to revisit some of these easier areas and studying them in a more thorough and enriching way, students can subsequently make rapid progress whilst gaining an appreciation and enjoyment of their studies.
Specilising: GCSE, KS2, KS3, KS4

Thank you Sabawoon , your support has truly been valuable. You’ve made maths look soo easy for me, especially when you explained algebra using geometrical approach.
Thank you Sabawoon.. you have been an incredible tutor supporting my daughter. I can’t thank you enough for all your hardwork and commitment. I don’t think many tutors would actually travel to someone’s house to support them. Once again , you are a star.
Sabawoon possesses a unique ability to make complex mathematical concepts accessible and engaging. His lessons are meticulously planned, incorporating a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications that cater to diverse learning styles. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every student grasps the material, offering additional support and resources whenever needed.
Thank you for all your support Sabawoon .Thank you for all your help with my GCSE paper. I don’t think I could’ve passed it without your guidance.
Thank you Sabawoon for all your lessons. I actually started to love maths again.
