About Juliana
I am genuinely passionate about mathematics. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me is seeing the moment when a student starts to recognize the beauty and logic of math.
I’m known for being patient, organized and committed to my students’ progress. I create a supportive learning environment where questions are welcome and challenges become opportunities to grow.
I’m also a computer nerd, so I often combine my technical skills with teaching, using digital tools and smart learning strategies to make concepts clearer and more engaging.
Beyond math, I believe learning should be enjoyable. As a bonus, I’m always happy to share great movie recommendations.

My approach is based on understanding before memorization. I focus on developing reasoning skills so math becomes easier, more intuitive, and meaningful, rather than a set of rules to memorize.
My lessons are structured and personalized. Each session begins by identifying the student’s goals or challenges, followed by clear explanations supported by practical examples and real-world problem-solving exercises.
Thanks to my industry experience, I present problems in a way that makes concepts intuitive, allowing students to naturally work their way toward the solution. I also encourage the responsible use of AI as a learning tool to support understanding while maintaining independent and critical thinking.
My combined experience in industry and teaching allows me to teach mathematics not only for exams, but as a practical skill for real-life decision-making, emphasizing logic, clarity and data-driven reasoning.
