About Solomon
I have always had a passion for learning about math and sharing that knowledge with others. This led me to graduate from the University of Oregon with a degree in mathematics. I believe that understanding math doesn't have a one size fits all solution and I want to help others find the path to understanding that works for them.

My approach as a tutor depends on the the student and their goals. In general, my goal is to help the student develop their general mathematical skills while learning the material for their specific class. The methodology is a combination of discussion, examples and guided problem solving. I am most confident teaching at the high school or early college level, but would still be good for middle schoolers and some more advanced college classes.
