About Alan
4.00 GPA and A+ in UC Berkeley courses Math 53, 54, and 55, with experience in competitive math from middle and high school. I thoroughly enjoy helping students and have experience teaching at all levels (elementary, middle school, high school, and collegiate), both as volunteer work and paid private tutoring. All lessons will be completely confidential, with the comfort and preferences of the student heavily prioritized. With flexible lesson times and constant communication, the success of the tutee is certain.

Lessons for any student at or below college level, at any level, including specific classes at UC Berkeley. Typical lesson plans consist of reviewing content/lessons from previous classes and solidifying the student's understanding of the topics in the first half of class and then solving practice problems or homework for the second half. I tend towards accommodating the student's preferences instead of sticking to a rigid plan.
