I believe that every person can do Math. The reason kids struggle is mostly that they missed some information about a method or a basic fact.
Individual attention is the only way to determine where this happened and to instill the confidence needed to repair their belief in their ability to do math.
Once they see that they are capable of doing Math they start to excel.
